A Place for You to Do Desk Work
Shared workspace: 15 persons
All seats are unreserved. We have arranged desks and chairs suitable for desk work, and you can choose your favorite seat to suit how you feel on any given day. The workspace is close to the reception area, café space, and storefront/workspace, so it is also a place where you can easily find new business opportunities and meet new people during spare time in your regular work.
Meeting space: 6 users
You can use it as a place for meetings or smaller events (workshops, etc.). The space is partitioned with cloth, blocking the view and allowing you to focus, but at the same time it is an open space where sound can be shared throughout the floor because the partitions are made from cloth. We recommend this space for those who "want to have casual meetings" or "want to hold small events."
Remote workspace: 6 users
This space is for those who want to fully concentrate on their own work. You may work alone instead of in a group. It is the only workspace alongside windows in the facility, and gives you a view of Fujiyoshida City’s townscape and Mt. Shakushiyama In addition, a wired LAN connection is available at each seat. In addition, we have placed partitions behind the seats in anticipation of concerns about the "background appearance" during web conferencing and other events. We recommend this space for those who would like to feel close to nature while concentrating on their work.
Storefront/workspace: 8 persons
In the storefront/workspace, a "store manager" can open a store for a limited period of time. This is a place where various types of "work" come together, including work by those who sell "articles" such as textile products and handmade goods, and those who provide "services" such as IT tool demonstrations and introduction of new services. You can also use it as a workspace, so you can comfortably communicate with the store manager of the day while working at your desk.
A Place Where You Can Hold Meetings
Conference room/videography room: 8 persons
Private rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons are available. A 75-inch display is permanently installed in the room for use during meetings, when you want to review documents on a large screen, and for other such purposes. The completely private rooms are also suitable for recording and streaming video without having to worry about other people's view. The room has large windows that allow users to sense what is going on outside, which in turn reduces oppressive feelings of crowding and confinement, even when up to 8 people are inside the room.
Private room zone: For 1 or 2 persons
2 private rooms are available. There is 1 room each for use by 1 person and for use by 2 persons, so please choose the room that best fits your purposes. The walls, floor, and ceiling of this private room are surrounded by soundproofed walls, so there is no need to worry about ambient noise, and sound inside the room is also less susceptible to escaping outside of the room. We recommend this space for online meetings and video recording and streaming.
Other
Reception
Located on the second floor of the building, this space is directly in front of the escalator to the upper floors. Step off the escalator and proceed straight ahead to the reception area, where a community manager is always available to help you. Café space
A café space is available next to the reception counter. Please stop by for a quick break between work or at the end of a meeting. The beverages available in the facility will be changed from time to time by request of the people who use the facility. Please feel free to ask the community manager for any drinks you would like.
Multifunction office equipment machines
Multifunction office equipment machines are available in the facility.
These machines support both black and white and color printing, so please use them for printing work documents, flyers, and more.
